B enns Ethicoa, a local chocolate company, believes in using Asian cacao beans that are ethically-sourced and supportive of the livelihood of hard-working Asian farmers.

Straits Preserves is proud to have worked with them to create a collection of marmalade chocolate bon bons infused with 3 of our Asian flavours – Singapore Sling, Tropical Calamansi and Ginger Garden – in celebration of Singapore’s 55th Birthday.

The combination of tropical fruit and a lack of Asian marmalade recipes to follow resulted in flavours that are unique to Singapore.

A delight that is truly Singaporean.
