Terms & Conditions
- All prices are nett, inclusive of Singapore Goods & Services Tax (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Local (Singapore) delivery only.
- 3-5 working days for processing and delivery.
- Delivery timings within regular working hours on weekdays only.
- We will make up to 2 attempts at delivery.
- Please check that your delivery details are accurate failing which we will not be responsible for goods sent to the wrong address.
A request for a return must be done within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted if:
- Any item (s) that you have ordered is missing
- You have received an order or an item not intended for you
- The item (s) is defective upon receiving
Please send your email request to email@example.com together with the following for a correction of order:
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt)
- Tracking number of delivery
- Item in original condition and packaging with original delivery label intact, with jar seal unbroken (please provide an image of what you have received)
- Declaration of item (s) that is incorrect, missing or defective
We will arrange for a replacement of the item(s) once we have received and verified the required details.
